Royal Enfield has announced that its May sales have increased by 41 per cent. The company sold 35,354 units in May as compared to 25,010 units in the same month last year.
In the domestic market, Royal Enfield sold 34,615 units as compared to 24,509 units in the corresponding month last year, registering a whopping increase of 41 per cent. When it comes to the exports, the company managed to export 739 units in May as compared to 501 units in the same month last year.

We are working very hard towards creating a truly differentiated motorcycling experience across the world. Royal Enfield is working on new platforms and products that will fuel our growth in the coming years. It is also expanding its footprint in India and in key markets across the world, to build its presence globally. We will continue to make higher investments into brand, distribution and globally relevant products that will be essential for us to achieve global leadership in the mid-size motorcycle category," said Siddhartha Lal, MD & CEO, Eicher Motors.
