- Royal Enfield Meteor to be available in seven colours
- Launch in a couple of weeks
- To be offered in three variants
Royal Enfield is set to launch the Meteor 350 in India in the next couple of weeks. Now, a leaked brochure has also revealed that the upcoming motorcycle will be offered in seven colour options.
These colours will be available across the three variants- Fireball, Stellar and Supernova. The Fireball which is the base variant gets a blacked-out look along with a coloured tank and is offered in Fireball Yellow and Fireball Red. The Meteor 350 Stellar variant is slightly more premium and will be offered in three colours- Red Metallic, Black Matte, and Blue Metallic. On the other hand, the top-spec Supernova variant will be available in a choice of two, Brown and Blue dual-tone paint schemes.
The Royal Enfield Meteor’s three variants also differ from each other when it comes to accessories. For instance, the Meteor Stellar gets a chrome engine fins, chrome exhaust, and back rest; something that the base Fireball version misses out on. However, the top-spec Supernova offers machined alloy wheels, premium seats as well as a larger windscreen.
Nevertheless, the Royal Enfield Meteor range is built on a new double-cradle frame which houses the new J1D architecture engine. The motorcycle also offers new switchgear as well as features like a navigation system. While there is no official confirmation about the price yet, we expect the Meteor to cost around Rs 1.70 lakh; a premium of Rs 10,000-Rs 15,000 over the Thunderbird 350X.
