Royal Enfield continues 2016 with a decent sales performance. The company posted sales of 57,842 motorcycles in combined domestic wholesale and exports in September 2016, recording a growth of 30 per cent over same period last year.
The domestic figures have gone up 30 per cent from 43,741 units last year to 56,958 units in September 2016. Exports also saw a rise of 18 per cent rising from 750 units to 884 units. In other news, the Royal Enfield Himalayan was recently launched in Nepal. The new motorcycle is open for booking at Royal Enfield’s exclusive distributor stores in Naxal and Balkumari, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Royal Enfield also launched its new domestic dealership, Centrum Motorcycles situated at Naraina Vihar, Delhi. The new store houses full line-up of Royal Enfield motorcycles, gear and accessories and also has a service station. Renowned motorsport rally champion, Gaurav Gill is behind the venture.
