- Sold over 60,000 units last month

Royal Enfield has announced a 43 per cent growth in June 2022. The Chennai-based manufacturer sold a total of 61,407 two-wheelers last month as compared to June 2022 wherein it sold 43,048 units.
Out of that number, Royal Enfield registered a sale of 50,265 units in India which amounted to a 40 per cent growth over the 35,815 units sold in June 2021. Meanwhile, the company’s exports skyrocketed by 54 per cent for June 2022. It sold 11,142 units overseas against the 7,233 units it sold in the same period last month.
Now, a majority of its sales have been dominated by the Classic 350 as well as the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 which have been doing well in international markets. Well, that said, Royal Enfield also has another firecracker in the works in the form of the Hunter 350 which is expected to be launched in the first half of August. It will be the most affordable model in the line-up with an expected cost of Rs 1.40 lakh, ex-showroom.
