- Royal Enfield Scram 411 new colour spied
- Sported dual-tone red and black shade
- India launch might take place in February 2022
Royal Enfield is preparing to launch the Himalayan-based offering, the Scram 411, in India. Ahead of its official debut, the motorcycle has been spied multiple times until now. The previously spotted test mule, which looked production-ready, sported a black and grey paint scheme. Now, as we are inching closer to the launch, the Scram 411 has been spotted again, adorning a red and black paint scheme.
This variant of the Scram 411 features a dual-tone red-black fuel tank while the rest of the body panels are dipped in black. However, the front cowl surrounding the circular headlamp gets a brushed aluminium finish that enhances its visual appeal.
A majority of the Scram’s hardware is identical to the Himalayan, except for the front wheel size. The former rides on a 19-inch front wheel, as opposed to the latter’s 21-inch unit. The rear, meanwhile, is the same 17-inch spoke wheel. The engine will also be the same 24.3bhp, 411cc, single-cylinder unit. However, the gear ratios might be different for the Scram 411.
As we have stated before, Royal Enfield will most likely launch the Scram 411 in February 2022 with a price tag of around Rs 1.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
