Royal Enfield finally launched the Shotgun 650 in India after showcasing it at the Motoverse 2023. Sitting below the Super Meteor- the motorcycle it is based on- the Shotgun is offered in four colour options.
To begin with, the base Custom Shed is offered in Sheetmetal Grey. Then there is the Custom Pro version offered in two colours. There is Green Drill and Plasma Blue. If you choose the top-spec Custom Special, the Shotgun 650 will be avaialbel in Stencil White. That said, the Shotgun 650 launched at the Motoverse in its Blue and neon yellow paint scheme was a limited-edition model.
Based on the Super Meteor 650, the Shotgun is a bobber-styled motorcycle with a single-piece seat, flatter handlebar and different-looking fenders. However, underneath, the motorcycle is the same with the 648cc, parallel-twin engine that churns out 46.4bhp and 52.3Nm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox with slipper and assist clutch. As for features it comes with LED lighting, Tripper navigation and the Wingman app as well as a USB charging port.
