Royal Enfield has revised the prices of its newest motorcycle, the Super Meteor 650, in the Indian market. With this revision, this bike is now available from Rs. 3,54,398 as against the Rs. 3,48,900 previously. Check out the variant-wise prices of the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 below:
Astral: Rs. 3,54,398 (vs. Rs. 3,48,900)
Interstellar: Rs. 3,69,622 (vs. Rs. 3,63,900)
Celestial: Rs. 3,84,845 (vs. Rs. 3,78,900)
All prices are ex-showroom, India
The Astral variant features a single-tone finish, while the Interstellar version benefits from a dual-tone paint. Then, the Celestial range also gets a dual-tone finish, but with a brighter theme. This version further benefits from additional accessories such as a tall windscreen and a pillion backrest. Meanwhile, other styling elements such as a round headlight, tear-drop-shaped fuel tank, step-up seat, and twin-sided exhausts are identical across the range.
Similarly, the mechanical specifications, too, are identical on all three variants, and the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 range uses a 648cc, parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled motor that produces 47bhp and 52Nm. This middleweight cruiser motorcycle delivered a fuel economy of 23.7kmpl in our internal test runs.
Despite the price increase, the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 is considerably cheaper than its direct rival, the Kawasaki Vulcan S, in the Indian market.
