Royal Enfield has been steadily expanding its presence in Global markets and after entering key markets such as North America and the UK, the company is all set to step foot into Turkey.
This is the first time that the company is venturing into the Southeast European market and has partnered with the local distributor K-Rides Motosiklet ve Bisiklet San. ve Tic. A.S. The company is a subsidiary of Kibar Holding, one of Turkey’s prominent industrial institutions and is responsible for the distribution of various other motorcycle brands in the country.
Royal Enfield along with K-Rides plans to open its first flagship store in the country's capital city, Istanbul in a couple of months. The motorcycles that are expected to go on sale include the Classic 350, Meteor 350, Interceptor 650, Super Meteor 650, Shotgun 650 as well as the recently launched Himalayan 450.
K-Rides will take care of sales, service as well as conduct meet ups and organise Royal Enfield community rides. The company says that the new Royal Enfield motorcycles will help cater to the growing demand for motorcycles in Turkey.
