- Sold 71,964 motorcycles in September
- Exports stood at 4,426 units in October

Following the period of a slump in sales for Royal Enfield, the situation seems to be showing good signs of recovery as the Chennai based bikemaker has posted a small yet positive growth of two per cent in overall sales for October. The company had recorded a huge drop of 24 per cent in August followed by a 17 per cent drop in September. Royal Enfield has managed to sell a total of 71,964 motorcycles in October 2019 in comparison to 70,451 units sold in the corresponding month last year.
For the domestic market, Royal Enfield sold 67,538 units in October as opposed to 70,044 units last year, which is a drop of four per cent. As far as exports were concerned, the manufacturer registered the sale of 4,426 units in October 2019 with respect to 407 units in September 2018, thereby registering a tremendous growth of 987 per cent.
