- Royal Enfield’s upcoming motorcycle spied
- Is likely to be called Hunter
- Could use the same engine as the Meteor 350
Royal Enfield has been spotted testing a number of motorcycles recently. Apart from the soon-to-be launched Himalayan, new Classic and the 650 cruiser, the manufacturer also has been spied testing a streetbike that will take on the Honda CB350.
While its name is still unknown, the upcoming motorcycle is likely to be called either the Hunter or Roadster. Nonetheless, the spy shots revealed that this motorcycle borrows its mirrors, wheels, and front forks from the Meteor 350. Furthermore, we can expect the headlamp and instrument cluster to be similar to the Meteor 350 as well.
The upcoming Royal Enfield also seems to offer a slightly sporty, bent-forward riding position. Now this motorcycle is likely to come powered by the same 349cc, single-cylinder engine as the Meteor 350 possibly with a different state of tune.
Royal Enfield is likely to launch the motorcycle in India by early 2022. As for pricing, we can expect it to hover around the Meteor 350’s 1.80 lakh price tag.
