Simple Energy is a Bangalore-based company that recently entered the Indian EV space with its first product, the One electric scooter. Simple Energy has bestowed the One with compact but sharp and sporty body panels. From the front apron to the rear end, the styling nicely flows with angular cuts and creases.
Complementing its attractive styling are a bunch of fancy features. For instance, it gets full-LED lighting all around along with a seven-inch touchscreen instrument cluster.
This display comes with 4G and Bluetooth connectivity and gives access to functions like music and call control, navigation, vehicle tracking, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
The list of features doesn’t end there. You also have access to four riding modes including Eco, Ride, Dash, and Sonic. It’s also practical with a sizeable 30-litre under seat storage compartment.
Powering the Simple One is a 4.8kWh battery pack that is claimed to deliver an astonishing riding range of 203km.
It runs on a 4.5kW motor that makes 72Nm of torque and is capable of reaching a top speed of around 105kmph. Moreover, the 0-40kmph acceleration time is rated at 2.95 seconds.
Simple Energy is offering the One e-scooter in a choice of four color options including Azure Blue, Brazen Black, Grace White and Namma Red.
