- Smaller 300cc bike under development
- Could use the same 338cc platform
- Likely to debut in 2022
The world knows about Harley-Davidson’s Chinese relationship. It partnered with Qianjiang Motorcycle, the company that owns Benelli, to develop smaller motorcycles for Asian markets.
Recently, the Chinese company revealed a few render pictures of a new model that looks like a traditional Harley-Davidson. It makes us believe that there are more than one motorcycle being developed in this new venture.
The released picture has the QJMotor SRV300 branding where 300 is likely to be the displacement of this bike. In fact, there’s a small chance that this motor is being borrowed from Benelli’s 302 line-up but with different bore and stroke. The overall styling cues also resembles that of certain Harley in the Sportster family.
We can expect some more news on this new bike to be revealed throughout the 2021 and the official debut to happen sometime next year.
