Ducati could tie-up with Hero MotoCorp for a 300cc single cylinder motorcycle
Halo motorcycles and big bikes build a brand’s image, but the entry-level premium motorcycles are the ones which actually bring in the volumes. Almost every international brand is eyeing the segment now, including Ducati. Our sources suggest that Ducati is planning to join hands with Hero MotoCorp to produce a 300cc motorcycle.
Benelli to launch Royal Enfield rival Imperiale 400 in India next year

The Italian brand will be bringing in the Imperiale 400 to our country, pitting it against the Royal Enfield Classic 350. Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 Moto GP edition launched at Rs 1.3 lakhs
Yamaha has introduced a new special edition variant of its popular premium commuter bike, the YZF-R15. Christened as the Moto GP edition, the motorcycle will be produced in a limited run of just 5,000 units in two phases. The bike can only be booked online, and deliveries will commence in September.
2018 Indian Chieftain Elite launched at Rs 38 lakhs
Polaris has introduced yet another limited edition motorcycle in the Indian market. Called the Chieftain Elite, the bagger features the best of creature comforts that Indian has to offer. All of this comes at a price though, for the Chieftain Elite costs Rs 38 lakhs (ex-showroom), which is around Rs 6 lakhs more than the standard bike.
Bajaj Pulsar NS160 rear disc to be priced at Rs 99,540
Bajaj has commenced dispatch of the new rear disc brake variant of the Pulsar NS160. Although the motorcycle is yet to be launched, our sources indicate that it will be priced at Rs 99,540 (on-road).
