- Suzuki Access 125 now slightly more expensive
- Gets a hike of Rs 186 across all variants
- Receives no changes
The Suzuki Access 125 is now slightly more expensive than before with the company hiking the prices of its most popular scooter for the first time this year.
The Access 125 is available in seven variants- Drum with Alloy wheels (Rs 70,686), Disc with Alloy wheels (Rs 73,286), a cast wheel version (Rs 72,386), two Special Editions with the option of drum or disc brakes (Rs 74,086 and Rs 74,986 each) and a Bluetooth variant with the option of choosing either drum (Rs 77,886) or disc brakes (Rs 78,786). All variants now cost Rs 186 more than before.
However, the Suzuki Access 125 remains the same and receives no mechanical or styling changes. It comes powered by a 124cc, single-cylinder motor that puts out 8.6bhp of power and 10Nm of torque. While all variants do get LED lighting for the headlamp, the top-spec version boasts of a Bluetooth enabled instrument cluster that pairs with the Suzuki Ride Connect application.
Despite the hike in price, we expect the Suzuki Access 125 to be at the top of the scooter food chain from the 125cc category thanks to its conventional styling, loads of comfort, and a potent yet frugal engine. It competes against the Honda Activa 125 and the Hero Maestro Edge 125.
