Suzuki Motorcycle India has updated its portfolio with the launch of the Burgman Street EX edition. This scooter gets several updates and here we list the top five highlights from the Indian launch of the Suzuki Burgman Street EX.
Suzuki Burgman Street EX Design and Colours
The design remains unaltered and the Burgman Street EX continues pack a maxi-scooter inspired styling. It comprises apron-mounted headlight, apron-integrated front turn indicators, a visor, a body-coloured front fender, stylish body panels, and a single-piece pillion grab rail. It also retains a covered glove box, a bottle holder, and a multi-function keyhole. The EX variant has been launched in three colours - Metallic Matte Platinum Silver No. 2, Metallic Royal Bronze, and Metallic Matte Black No. 2. All colour options feature a contrasting shade for the footboard area. All colours are available at the same price tag.
Suzuki Burgman Street EX Price
The new Suzuki Burgman Street EX has been priced at Rs 1,12,300, making it nearly Rs 19,000 more expensive than the Bluetooth variant of the standard model.
Suzuki Burgman Street EX Specifications
The specifications remain identical to the standard version and the Burgman Street EX uses a 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 8.4bhp at 6,500rpm and 10Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm.
Suzuki Burgman Street EX Hardware
A noteable upgrade on the EX variant is the addition of a larger diameter rear wheel. This version of the scooter rides on 12-inch alloy wheels on both ends. In comparison, the standard model uses a 10-inch rear wheel. Meanwhile, the suspension setup includes telescopic front forks and a rear springs. The braking setup comprises a disc at the front and a drum unit at the back while the safety net includes combined braking system.
Suzuki Burgman Street EX Features
The feature list includes an LED headlight, a LED taillight, a Bluetooth-enabled digital display, and Suzuki Start-Stop system. Other features on this motorcycle include 21.5-litre under-seat storage, two-litre glove box, silent start system, and a USB socket.
