- Suzuki Burgman Street gets new Matte Black colour option
- Available at the same price tag of Rs 69,208 (ex-showroom, Delhi)
- Besides new colour shade, scooter remains absolutely the same
Suzuki Motorcycle India has updated its premium maxi-scooter offering, the Burgman Street, with the addition of a new Matte Black colour scheme. The new colour option is available without any added premium, retailing at Rs 69,208 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Apart from that, the Burgman Street continues to be available in Metallic Matte Fibroin Gray, Glass Sparkle Black and Pearl Mirage White paint options.
Barring the addition of the new colour option, the maxi-scooter remains the same. It comes with modern features like a full-LED headlamp, multifunctional digital instrument cluster, tinted windscreen, new-lidded front glove box and flexible foot position which aids in a more comfortable riding stance for long journeys.
The scooter draws its power from a 125cc, single-cylinder motor borrowed from the retro-styled Access 125 registering 8.6bhp and 10.2Nm of torque and is mated to a CVT gearbox. Cycle parts for the Burgman Street include telescopic forks for the front and a monoshock for the rear. For braking, the scooter employs a disc-drum setup with CBS (combi-brake system) as standard.
In terms of rivalry, the Suzuki Burgman Street competes against the likes of the TVS Ntorq 125 and the Honda Grazia.
