Suzuki Motorcycle India has revised the prices of its products in the country, and the company’s quarter-litre vehicles are affected by this increase. Post the most recent price hike, the Gixxer 250 is available for Rs 1,67,700 as against Rs 1,65,627 previously.
The fully-faired Gixxer SF 250, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 1,78,400 as compared to its previous tag of Rs 1,76,326. The MotoGP edition of the Gixxer SF 250 is available for Rs 1,79,200 as against Rs 1,77,127 previously (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
The motorcycles do not receive any cosmetic or mechanical upgrades with the latest price hike, and they continue to pack features such as an LED headlight, an LED taillight, and a digital instrument cluster. The SF variant gets a full fairing while the Gixxer features a roadster look. Mechanical specifications are identical on both motorcycles. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the 249cc, oil-cooled engine is tuned to produce 26.13bhp and 22.2Nm of peak torque.
Apart from the 250cc models, Suzuki has also revised the prices of the 155cc Gixxer series in the Indian market.
