- Sells 63,140 units last month
- Access 125, Burgman Street 125 contributed the most
Suzuki has registered a whopping 24 per cent increase in its September sales. The company sold 63,140 units last month as compared to 50,808 units a year earlier.
The double digit growth is a result of strong demand for the Access 125 and also for their latest product, the Burgman Street 125. Its motorcycle line-up, the Gixxer and the Intruder is also helping the company bring in more customers into their brand. For the April-September 2018 period, the company has sold 3,71,109 units.
The Japanese maker plans to continue its growth story through new launches like the special edition variant of the Intruder. It is also likely to launch the V-Strom 650, the middle-weight adventure bike. This bike will go against the Kawasaki Versys-650 and will be assembled in India.
