Suzuki grows by 34 per cent in December

- Sales increased by 34 per cent

- 2018 saw some big launches

Suzuki India has registered a whopping 34 per cent growth in December. The company sold 43,874 units in December as compared to 32,786 units in December 2017.

The strong growth is a result of continuous demand for scooters like the Access 125 and lately, the Burgman Street. The Access has been the highest selling scooter in the 125cc segment since years, but with the Burgman Street, the Japanese maker has been able to bring in more customers to the brand.

Suzuki had an action packed 2018. It launched the GSX-S750 and the V-Strom 650 XT along with the RM-Z series bikes. It also launched a few facelift models like the Gixxer ABS, Intruder FI and SP variants.
