Suzuki has unveiled the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F for 2018 with the only difference being the colour schemes.
The streetfighter GSX-S1000 gets a new white paint scheme with black and red highlights. It also gets red wheels with this colour option. Meanwhile, the faired version of the bike, the GSX-S1000F gets the matte black theme which the streetfighter received in 2017. The paint scheme called 'Phantom' is featured on the bodywork as well as the exhaust.
Although the bikes are mechanically the same, they still are one of the most powerful bikes in the sport-touring and streetfighter segment respectively. They use a 999cc in-line four cylinder engine that produces 148bhp and 106Nm of torque. This unit is mated to a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch with final chain drive.
While the bikes are already on sale in international markets, we can expect the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F to arrive in India by the first half of 2018. Suzuki also recently revealed the GSX-R1000 with updated colour schemes, to find out more, click HERE.
