Suzuki has updated its GSX-R range of superbikes with a new MotoGP-inspired Ecstar livery. This distinctly familiar blue livery is very similar to the one on the Suzuki GSX-RR racebikes, which Aleix Espargaro and Maverick Vinales currently use in the 2015 season of MotoGP.
The Japanese manufacturer is offering the livery on the GSX-R1000, GSX-R750 and GSX-R700 superbikes. And though the only change in the GSX-R750 and the GSX-R700 is the paint scheme, Suzuki is offering a special edition trim for the GSX-R1000. This litre-class bike comes with a Yoshimura exhaust can to improve the bike’s performance and add to its racy character.
This special edition GSX-R1000 carries a price tag of EUR 14,990 (Rs 10.51 lakh) as opposed to the standard bike’s EUR 14,600 (Rs 10.23 lakh). The exhaust can is also available in the other two GSX-R models, as an optional extra.
