Suzuki has unveiled the Intruder Fi at the 2018 Auto Expo. The bike sports the same design language that has been derived from the bigger Intruder M1800R.
It gets the low-slung look, muscular fuel tank, twin outlet exhaust and the trademark triangular Intruder headlamp that makes it stand out in the crowd.
However, under the skin, it now gets a fuel-injected system. It is powered by the same 155cc single-cylinder engine that produces 14bhp at 8000rpm and 14Nm of torque at 6000rpm mated to a five-speed transmission. Braking duties are taken care of by a 266mm disc up front and a 260mm disc at the rear with single-channel ABS as standard.
The Suzuki Intruder Fi is expected to be available at a premium of Rs 5000- Rs 8000 over the standard Intruder’s Rs 99,995 price tag. It will rival against the Bajaj Avenger Street 150 in India.
