- Access drum brake model gets CBS system
- Priced just Rs 690 higher than non-CBS model
Suzuki has equipped combined-braking system (CBS) on the drum brake variant of the Access 125. This variant has been priced at Rs 56,667 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The non-ABS drum brake variant is priced at Rs 55,977 (ex-showroom Delhi) which means the Japanese maker has increased the priced by just Rs 690 for the CBS model. The standard disc brake variant is priced at Rs 58,350 (ex-showroom Delhi), whereas the CBS disc brake Access 125 costs Rs 59,636.
The Access 125 has been the highest selling 125cc scooter in India. In fact, it is also the highest selling Suzuki in the country. This scooter is equipped with digital instrument cluster, one-press lock system and a mobile charging point. Under the skin, the Access 125 has the same 125cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine which develops 8.4bhp and 10.2Nm of torque.
The Access 125 competes with the Honda Activa 125, Hero Destini 125 and the TVS NTorq 125.
