Suzuki readying Gixxer SP editions for festive season

Suzuki India is readying a new variant for the Gixxer bikes for the upcoming festive season. Tagged as the Gixxer SP and the Gixxer SF SP, these trims get cosmetic changes only.

This information was revealed through a couple of brochures that was uploaded on the internet a couple of days ago. As per these brochures, these versions gets a new matte grey colour paint scheme with chequered flag decals on the fairing. The other edition that we see on this version is the dual-tone red-black seat, which looks pretty good. These changes are applicable only to the rear-disc brake versions.

In terms of mechanicals, both the bikes continues to be powered by the same 155cc single-cylinder engine. This engine produces 14.7bhp and 14Nm of peak torque. In terms of pricing, we’re expecting Suzuki to ask Rs 2,000 to Rs 3,000 premium for these versions.
