Custom tribute motorcycles and cars are popular ways of honouring great figures in the racing world. At first, this Triumph Bonneville might seem like one of those run of the mill custom motorcycles, but look closely and you will see that it has so much more than just a custom paint job. Designed by Tarso Marques Concepts, this exquisite custom motorcycle pays homage to the distinguished Brazilian racing driver, Ayrton Senna.
Despite the heavy customisation, it is pretty evident that this Ayrton Senna Tribute is based on a Triumph Bonneville. This 865cc motorcycle happens to be a favourite among design houses, due to the platform’s adaptability and simplicity. The tank, clip-on handlebars, twin-pod instrument cluster and the solo seat all have been designed to give an air of a modern café racer. The number 12 and red-white paint scheme draw inspiration from the 1988 McLaren MP4/4 Formula One car.
The bike’s minimalist style and the blacked out theme complements the paint scheme, making it one of the coolest custom motorcycles around. While the motorcycle’s usability effectively goes out of the window due to its lenticular wheels, it is definitely one of the best automotive show pieces that you can lay your hands on.
