Rank 3: Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350
It’s no surprise to see another Royal Enfield in this story. The brand recall value of this motorcycle brand is so high that, it tends to find a place in most of the important BikeWale statistical stories. The Thunderbird 350 has been the third most popular premium bike on BikeWale. This cruiser attracted close to 80,000 views by researchers across the country and almost 47 per cent of them showed interest in buying it. Buyers from Mumbai and Pune took the first and second spot, respectively, whereas Pune and Bengaluru came third and fourth. Out of all the five metro cities, Chennai came last.
Rank 2: Bajaj Pulsar RS200
The Pulsar RS200 is the most expensive Bajaj one can buy in India but that hasn’t stopped the Indian buyers opting for this fully-faired motorcycle. With close to 1 lakh visits on the Pulsar RS200, it’s the second most popular bike in the premium segment on BikeWale. The Pulsar RS200 got the highest number of buying interest at 47 per cent, which is a pretty good number. Delhi and Bengaluru took the second and third spot here, whereas Chennai and Pune came fourth and fifth respectively.
Rank 1: Royal Enfield Classic 350
The Classic 350 came second in the top 3 popular bikes in May, so it was obvious to make it to the numero uno spot in this story. With over 1.85 lakh views, the Classic 350 is the most popular cruiser in the Indian market. Around 37 per cent of these consumers said that they’re interested in buying the Classic 350, with majority of these consumers coming from New Delhi. Bengaluru and Mumbai came second and third, whereas the last two spots were taken by Chennai and Pune.
