The SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) has revealed the December sales data for the two-wheeler segment. And in this story, we’ll look at the top five scooters sold in the last month of 2022.
Overall, the list has changed slightly compared to the names that made it in December 2021. The Honda Activa, TVS Jupiter, and Suzuki Access 125 continue to hold the first, second, and third positions, respectively. Meanwhile, the Hero Pleasure and Honda Dio have climbed up the rankings to fourth and fifth, respectively. However, compared to the 1,75,084 units sold in November 2022, the Honda Activa sales dropped to 96,451 units in the previous month.

While the TVS Jupiter has moved up a rank in December 2022, it too witnessed low sales at 39,849 units compared to the 47,422 units sold in the month before previous. Similarly, the Suzuki Access 125 recorded 30,228 units in the aforementioned month, putting it in the third spot.
Last but not least, Hero Pleasure maintained its position and also witnessed higher sales in December compared to November. And Honda Dio secured the fifth spot with sales of 20,615 units.
