New Jawa 42 Version 2.1
At the top of the list is the latest iteration of the Jawa 42. The updated model, christened as the 42 version 2.1, was launched in the Indian market at an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 1.84 lakh. This variant of the 42 received several upgrades over version 2.0. The changes included the addition of tubeless tyre compatible alloy wheels. This model also received a black finish to the engine, exhaust canisters, front fork covers, and the rear springs. Other changes included offset racing stripe and revision to the seat padding. 2021 Yamaha FZ FI, FZS FI
India Yamaha Motor launched the 2021 FZ FI and the FZS FI in our market at Rs 1,03,700 and Rs 1,07,200 (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively. The new FZ FI models were launched in two colours – Racing Blue and Metallic Black. The FZS FI, on the other hand, received five paint options – Matte Red (new), Dark Matte Blue, Matte Black, Dark Knight, and Vintage Edition. 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 300 BS6
Kawasaki India launched its most affordable model, the Ninja 300 at an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 3.18 lakh, making it about Rs 20,000 more expensive than its predecessor. The Indian arm of the Japanese manufacturer had discontinued the BS4 Ninja 300 in December 2019. The motorcycle did not receive any design revision during the BS6 transition. The mechanical specifications retained the 296cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that, despite complying with the newest emission norms, continued to deliver 38.4bhp and 27Nm. New TVS Raider 125
TVS Motor Company’s new 125cc sporty commuter motorcycle, the Raider 125 was launched in India with prices starting from Rs 77,500 (ex-showroom). The motorcycle is available in four colour options – Fiery Yellow, Striking Red, Blazing Blue, and Wicked Black. This sporty commuter gets a full-LED headlamp, a muscular fuel tank, an engine belly cowl, and split seats. The specifications include a 124.8cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that produces 11.2bhp and 11.2Nm. More details are available here.
New Honda CB350RS
Honda 2Wheeler India’s CB350RS is the premium variant of the CB350 series that rivals the likes of Royal Enfield Classic 350, the Meteor 350, and the Benelli Imperiale 400. The motorcycle features contemporary styling and packs features such as full-LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument cluster, Y-shaped alloy wheels, wide pattern tyres, front fork boots, and a skid plate. The 350cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine on the CB350RS makes 20.7bhp at 5,500rpm and 30Nm of peak torque at 3,000rpm. Read the full report here.
