Triumph Motorcycles India has announced the second edition of the Tiger Trail Thar Desert tour. The ride will commence on 30 January in Jaipur and will conclude in Bikaner on 3 February. It’s open for the owners of Triumph Tiger and Scrambler models. Entries for the ride are limited to 14 participants and those registering before 15 January will be paying Rs 35,000 under the New Year discount. After this date, the registration fee will go up to Rs 50,000. The registration cost includes food, accommodation, back-up and training expenses.
During the excursion, the riders will be passing through salt flats and sand dunes of Jaisalmer. To tackle the tough terrains, they will be led and trained by Vijay Parmer who is an expert rally rider and adventure trainer. The tour will be focused on providing the Triumph Tiger and Scrambler owners a taste of adventure riding while helping them know the full potential of their motorcycles.
It is open for riders with every level of riding skill. However, the company will be giving first preference to those who have attended the Tiger Training Academy which Triumph conducts for the Tiger owners and prospective buyers, to train them in off-road riding. Riders interested in registering for the ride need to visit Triumph dealership for the same.
