Triumph Motorcycles has introduced a new off-road riding training program for adventure enthusiasts across the country, called the Tiger Training Academy. Conceived in collaboration with MotoDreamz, the program will be conducted in Delhi on January 23 and 24 and at the upcoming IBW in Goa on February 19 and 20.
The Triumph Tiger range currently comprises of five models – the Tiger XC, Tiger XCx, Tiger XR, Tiger XRx and the Tiger Explorer XC. While the first four models are 800cc middleweights, the Explorer XC is a 1200cc full-fledged adventure bike. Though the Tiger range consists of one of the most capable adventure motorcycles of their kind, very few customers actually utilise the potential of their motorcycles. While customers generally do take these motorcycles for touring, the fear and the lack of proper training holds them back from taking their motorcycle off the beaten path.
The framework of Tiger Training Academy has been designed to encourage riders to take up adventure riding as a sport and a leisure activity. It aims to train the riders in off-roading and cross country riding, while acquainting them with their bike's capabilities. Besides the training, the program will also allow interactions with seasoned riders and enthusiasts.
Speaking about this program, Vimal Sumbly, MD, Triumph Motorcycles India said, “We at Triumph Motorcycles are committed to delivering the most exceptional experiences to our customers with our incredible technology driven bikes. The Tiger Training Academy is a sincere effort to give back to our passionate riders with seasoned quality training and interactive sessions. It is a great way to reconnect with our customers in line with our goal to provide them with a holistic riding experience.”
