The Bonneville Bobber TFC was unveiled recently and what makes it special is that is limited to 750 units worldwide. It also gets a number of special elements to distinguish it from the regular Bonneville Bobber TFC. Here are the details in images.
The design of the bike, in terms of the body panels, is the same as the standard bike, however, the TFC gets a dual-tone paint scheme. While the base colour is black, there is a gold coloured stripe on the fuel tank and side panels.
Adding to the special status of the bike is the signature of the person who’s worked on the bike. There’s a neat, carbon fibre treatment on the side panels.
The bike also has a revised riding ergonomics with the inclusion of clip on handlebars.
Powering the bike is a 1,200cc engine that makes 75bhp but the talking point is that the bike has a new Akrapovic performance exhaust system. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Moving on to the chassis, the bike gets an adjustable Ohlins USD at the front and a monoshock at the back. Braking duties are taken care of by dual 310mm discs at the front with Brembo calipers while at the rear there is a 255mm disc.
Triumph India may consider bringing a few units of the Bonneville Bobber TFC to India.
