When it comes to a cruiser, personalisation plays an important part in its appeal. Triumph offers no less than 130 optional accessories for the new Bonneville Speedmaster, with customisability for the engine case, turn indicators, pillion backrest, exhaust system and so on. However for those who cannot spare the time and effort of building their own bike, Triumph is offering two factory-customised 'Inspiration kits' for the Speedmaster.
The Highway kit, as the name suggests, is for those who are more inclined towards touring. The chrome elements add a 'bling' factor to the motorcycle. Above the headlamp is a tall adjustable windscreen, which should shield you from windblast. It is specified with a plush comfort seat for the rider and a pillion backrest to make those long hauls comfortable. The two leather saddlebags and a chrome tail rack accommodate your luggage while adding a classic appeal. It even gets a chrome engine guard and polished oil filler cap.
The Maverick kit on the other hand, is for those who like minimalistic bobber-styled motorcycles. The blacked-out frame, engine, exhaust and wheels give it a sinister look. The flat handlebar add aggression to the riding stance. It is a single seater, with a small luggage rack taking the place of the pillion seat. The rider's seat gets a brown quilted leather cover. The Vance & Hines exhaust adds a sportier sound track.
