Triumph Motorcycles India has opened a new showroom in Pune today. This is the iconic two-wheeler maker’s fourth dealership in India and is called B.U Bhandari Triumph. It is located on Pashan Road and will retail all of Triumph’s models sold in India.
The Pune dealership has been designed using Triumph’s global design plan. It includes an after sales facility, consultation lounge, service centre and spare parts facility. The dealership also includes a ‘Build your own Bike’ option which is a first in this segment. Triumph will also sell its merchandise like riding gear, accessories and memorabilia from this facility.
During the opening Triumph announced that it has got 335 bookings across five models and that it will add two more showrooms which will be located in Mumbai and Ahmedabad and open by May 3.
Commenting on the opening of the showroom, Vimal Sumbly, MD of Triumph Motrcycle India, said that the opening of the Pune showroom was not only their commitment to better establishing the brand but also to provide comprehensive after-sales service and support to its Pune-based customers.
Triumph entered the Indian market on November 28, 2013, bringing 10 of its models in the price range of Rs 5.7 lakh to Rs 20 lakh including the massive top of the range Rocket III.
