A Triumph dealership in the United Kingdom is offering owners a chance to be part of an official world record attempt on 4th September, 2016. The dealership is also taking this opportunity to raise money for a brain tumour research centre.
The event is being held by Staffordshire Triumph dealership and they have said that the staff from Guinness World Records will be present to document the success. All Triumph owners that turn up will take part in an attempt to break the world record for the ‘Most Triumph Motorcycles in a Parade’.
Earlier this year, John Adkins, organiser of the event, tried to create a similar event in Australia to break the 2015 record, but, unfortunately, not enough Triumph riders took part in it. “We’re hoping to gather even more Triumph riders together and make history.” commented Adkins after the event.
The event will be held again in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, UK, on Sunday 4th September 2016. The riders will line up and go for a 3.2km ride through the town which is expected to last around 20 minutes. The ride is aiming at raising funds for Jessica Simpkin Children Brain Tumour Research Centre.
