- Available with accessories worth Rs. 12,500 for free
- The offer was introduced last month
Triumph has extended the validity of the year-end offer on the Scrambler 400X by a month in India. The company announced last month that the motorcycle will be available with accessories worth Rs. 12,500 for free till 31 December, 2024. However, as per our dealer sources, the offer is now valid till 31 January, 2025.
The list of accessories that are a part of this offer includes lower engine bars, high mudguard kit, coated windscreen, luggage rack kit, tank pad, and a Triumph branded T-shirt. The motorcycle costs Rs. 2.64 lakh, ex-showroom. It seems the company foresees a boost in the sales of the Scrambler 400X with this offer, hence the extension.
Powering the Triumph Scrambler 400X is a 398.15cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 39.5bhp and 37.5Nm. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox along with an assist and slipper clutch. As for the cycle parts, it rides on 19-17-inch alloy wheels that are suspended by USD forks and a monoshock.
The bike weighs 185kg (kerb) and boasts a fuel capacity of 13 litres. The sea height is a bit tall at 835mm but accompanying that is a decent ground clearance of 195mm along with a 150mm suspension travel at both ends. Other features include a semi-digital instrument cluster, switchable dual-channel ABS, traction control, full-LED lighting, and a Type-C charging port.
