Triumph has teamed up with British luxury watch manufacturer Breitling to come up with the Speed Twin Breitling Limited Edition. And there will be only 270 units of this motorcycle available worldwide to celebrate the motorcycle’s 270-degree crank.
Even though it is based on the Speed Twin and gets the same engine performance and features, Breitling Edition does get some extra bells and whistles to justify its limited availability. To begin with, there is the unique ‘Breitling Edition’ paint that includes a two-tone blue/black colour scheme. Adding to that, there is the Breitling and Triumph logo on the fuel tank, both hand-painted.
Paying attention to detail, Triumph has taken cues from the Breitling watch called the ‘Top Time Triumph’ launched alongside this motorcycle. You also get a ribbed black leather seat with grey stitching along with a billet aluminum Breitling’s ‘B’ logo on the engine casing. But that’s not it, the special motorcycle also comes with higher-spec, Ohlins twin shocks that feature gloss black springs and are fully-adjustable.
Whether or not Triumph decides to trickle down a few units of the Speed Twin Breitling Edition to India is yet to be known. However, it has already been made available in the United Kingdom as of now.
