Triumph Motorcycles India has listed the optional accessories for its upcoming product, the Tiger Sport 660. Buyers can choose accessories like luggage, crash protection, and technology for this middleweight tourer from the British brand. The optional luggage accessories include a top box mounting plate, a top box that can accommodate two helmets, waterproof inner bags, an aluminium luggage rack with integrated pillion grab handles, and a passenger backrest pad.
The protection accessories comprise frame protectors, engine cover protectors, fork protectors, colour-coded belly pack, hand-guards, and rubber tank pads. Lastly, the technology pack for the Tiger Sport 660 includes a Bluetooth connectivity module, quickshifter, heated grips, scrolling LED indicators, LED auxiliary lights, and tyre pressure monitoring system. These are the accessories that are currently listed on the company’s India website. The list may get modified once the motorcycle is launched in our market.
The standard features on the motorcycle comprise full-LED lighting, a Bluetooth-ready instrument cluster, two riding modes (Road and Rain), a switchable traction control, and ABS. The mechanical specifications include a BS6-compliant 660cc, inline three-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that produces 80bhp of power at 10,250rpm and 64Nm of peak torque at 6,250rpm.
Do note that the company had started pre-bookings for this entry-level Tiger model in the Indian market in December last year for Rs 50,000. We expect an Indian launch announcement of the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 very soon.
