Triumph Motorcycles has announced that it will launch the Daytona 675R Eslick Edition to commemorate the historic Daytona 200 win with Danny Eslick and the #69 Riders Discount Racing Team. The British manufacturer will sell only 47 units of this bike which feature special paint and graphics along with performance accessories that are identical to those used on the race-winning bike.
Each of the motorcycles will be signed by Danny Eslick himself and will get a unique number. It will get the custom paint scheme which will have the sponsor decals, a way to make it look very close to the race motorcycle.
Standard accessories include attack performance rear sets, renthal grips and sprockets, as well as a 520 DID ERV3 gold chain. Also included are many Triumph accessories, which include lower chain guard, red anodized chain adjustment blocks, paddock stand bobbins, engine cover kit, seat cowl kit, billet oil filler cap and oil dipstick which are pre-drilled to be safety wired for track day and race riding. Customers also have an option to choose from performance parts that will increase the power and torque figures.
Unfortunately, this model will be launched only in USA and Canada. Triumph is doing well in India when it comes to sales numbers, but we would have loved it if the company would have got one of the motorcycles to India, maybe, just for display purpose.
