TVS has announced the rollout of a 24X7 Road Side Assistance programme. The initiative seeks to resolve on-road problems faced by the customer through a 24-hour helpline and personal assistance.
According to the company statement, the service includes spare key pick-up, fuel delivery and onsite repair. It will also extend others services such as cab arrangement, accident assistance and towing of vehicles. TVS has launched the RSA programme across 70 cities in India under phase one. In its next phase of expansion, the company plans to increase it to 200 cities across the country by October 2016. Pan-India roll out is expected by March 2017.
J S Srinivasan, Vice President, Sales and Service at TVS Motor Company said, “With more than 3,500 dealer touch points, we are confident of extending a 24x7 Road Side Assistance Programme, which will cater to the consumer’s immediate requirements and also help them overcome any issue on the road.”
TVS Motor Company customers can connect through the TVSM Service app to avail themselves of this facility. It is applicable on every new and existing TVS two-wheeler under warranty, with no additional charges.
