TVS Motor Company has announced that it is taking necessary actions to connect with its customers and support their well-being during the 21-day lockdown. TVS aims to minimise any inconvenience to its customers during the lockdown. Thus, the company is gearing up to address urgent requirements from its customers while factoring safety of its associates.
In terms of the service support, TVS announced that its toll-free number (18002587111 – between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) will continue to function and address queries and concerns real-time. The company also announced that the Road Side Assistance (RSA) number (18002587111) will also be accessible 24/7. The associates will continue to provide support wherever legally possible.
The company also made announcements about free service and vehicle warranty. In the press statement, TVS said that the free service of vehicles due between March and April 2020 will be redeemable till June 2020. Moreover, the warranty for vehicles expiring between 1 March and 30 April 2020, will be extended to 30 June 2020. The AMC services due between March and April 2020 will be redeemable till June 2020.
