TVS Motor Company has revised the prices of the Apache RTR 160 4V. The 160cc motorcycle, which is available in two variants (drum and disc), is now priced from Rs 1,04,000 as against Rs 1,02,950 previously. Do note that the Apache RTR 160 4V had received a price hike of Rs 2,000 in May 2020. Check out the latest prices below:
- Apache RTR 160 4V Drum: Rs 1,04,000 (vs. Rs 1,02,950)
- Apache RTR 160 4V Disc: Rs 1,07,050 (vs. 1,06,000)
The latest price hike does not bring any cosmetic or mechanical changes to the Apache RTR 160 4V. Thus, the motorcycle continues to feature a naked roadster styling that is complemented by LED headlamps, digital instrument cluster and GTT (Glide Through Traffic) technology. Unlike its bigger sibling, the Apache RTR 200 4V, the 160cc model does not get Bluetooth connectivity.
Mechanical specifications continue to include a 159.7cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that produces 15.6bhp of power at 8,250rpm and 14.12Nm of peak torque at 7,250rpm. The motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox.
The Apache RTR 160 4V competes against the Yamaha FZ V3, Bajaj Pulsar NS160, Suzuki Gixxer and Honda Hornet 160R in the Indian market. Apart from the Apache RTR 160 4V, TVS Motor Company has also revised the price of the Apache RTR 200 4V in the country.
