TVS Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180 get price hike

- Apache RTR 160 (2V) now available from Rs 1,06,365 onwards

- Apache RTR 180 priced at Rs 1,13,065

- No cosmetic or mechanical upgrades to the motorcycles

TVS Motor Company has revised the prices of its Apache series in the Indian market. The price revision affects the company’s Apache RTR 160 (2V) and the Apache RTR 180 motorcycles. The two-valve variant of the Apache RTR 160, which comes in two variants, is available from Rs 1,06,365 onwards as against Rs 1,02,070 previously. Check out the complete price list below:

Apache RTR 160 (2V) Drum: Rs 1,06,365 (vs. Rs 1,02,070)

Apache RTR 160 (2V) Disc: Rs 1,09,365 (vs. Rs 1,05,070)

Apache RTR 160: Rs 1,13,065 (vs. Rs 1,08,270)

The price revision does not bring any cosmetic or mechanical upgrades to the motorcycles. Thus, the Apache RTR 160 (2V) continues to use a 159.7cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 15.31bhp at 8,400rpm and 13.9Nm of peak torque at 7,000rpm. The Apache RTR 180, on the other hand, retains the 177.4cc, single-cylinder motor that makes 16.56bhp at 8,500rpm and 15.5Nm of peak torque at 7,000rpm.

Both motorcycles pack features such as a single-pod headlight with LED DRLs, a sporty design, telescopic front forks, twin-sided rear shocks, petal-type disc brakes, and single-channel ABS.
