TVS Motor Company has updated the prices of several models. Previously, we reported the new prices for the Apache RTR 200 4V and the Apache RTR 160 4V. Here we bring you the latest prices of the Apache RTR 180 and the Apache RTR 160. The 180cc model is now available at Rs 1,05,000 while the prices for the 160cc version start from Rs 98,050. - Apache RTR 180: Rs 1,05,000 (vs. 1,03,950)
- Apache RTR 160 Drum: Rs 98,050 (vs. Rs 97,000)
- Apache RTR 160 Disc: Rs 1,01,050 (vs. Rs 1,00,000)
The price hike does not bring any cosmetic or mechanical changes to the two models. Thus, the Apache RTR 180 continues to use a 177.4cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that makes 16.3bhp at 8,500rpm and 15.5Nm at 7,000rpm. The Apache RTR 160 is powered by a 159.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that produces 15.1bhp at 8,400rpm and 13.9Nm at 7,000rpm.
The feature list on both motorcycles includes halogen headlight with LED DRLs, LED taillight and a semi-digital instrument cluster. The Apache RTR 180 comes with a rear disc as standard while the feature is available as an option on the Apache RTR 160. Both motorcycles feature single-channel ABS.
