TVS Apache RTR 180 Race Edition- What else can you buy

TVS recently launched the Apache RTR 180 Race Edition priced at Rs 83,233. It sports a new white paint scheme with red graphics. Around the price of the RTR 180 Race Edition you could look at 6 motorcycles and 2 scooters. Here is what the grid looks like-

In a similar engine displacement, Bajaj offers the Pulsar 180 priced at 82,202. It gets a 178cc single-cylinder engine that produces 17bhp and 14Nm of torque.

If you want a comfortable city cruiser, then there is the Bajaj Avenger Street 180. Powering the bike is a 180cc single-cylinder which puts out 15.3bhp of power and 13.7Nm of torque. The bike is priced at Rs 85,498.

The manufacturer also offers a sporty 160cc motorcycle, the Pulsar NS160. It uses a 160cc single-cylinder engine that produces 15.3bhp and 14.6Nm of torque. The bike is priced at Rs 81,626.

TVS has the Apache RTR 160 4V with prices starting at Rs 80,490. The bike is powered by a 159cc single-cylinder motor that puts out 16.1bhp (16.3bhp for the FI variant) and 14.8Nm of torque. 

Another motorcycle in this segment is the Suzuki Gixxer that retails at Rs 77,017. It is powered by a 155cc, single-cylinder motor that produces 14.6bhp and 14Nm of torque.

You could also look at the Honda X-Blade which is priced at Rs 80,161. It uses a 162cc, air-cooled single-cylinder engine, delivering 13.9bhp and 13.9Nm of torque.

There is the Yamaha FZ S V2.0 with prices starting at Rs 86,042. The bike is powered by a 149cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 13bhp and 12.8Nm of torque. It is also offered in a standard variant, the FZ V2.0 which is priced at Rs 81,174. The bike is powered by the same 149cc single cylinder engine as the FZ-S V2.0. Also on offer are two scooters- the Vespa VXL 125 and the SXL 125 priced at Rs 83,879 and Rs 87,125. They are powered by a 125cc engine that produces 9.9bhp and 10.6Nm of torque.
