TVS Motor Company has revised the prices of several models in the Indian market, and its Bajaj Pulsar NS200-rivalling Apache RTR 200 4V is affected by this revision. With this, the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V range is now available from Rs. 1,41,670. It comes in two variants – single-channel and dual-channel ABS. The single-channel ABS variant is available at a relatively affordable price tag of Rs. 1,41,670, while the dual-channel ABS version is priced at Rs. 1,46,720 (both ex-showroom, Delhi).
Notably, both variants of the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V use a 197.75cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine. Linked to a five-speed gearbox, this engine produces a maximum output of 20.54bhp and a peak torque of 17.25Nm.
Now, the feature list is premium, and the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V comes equipped with an LED headlight, a Bluetooth-enabled LCD instrument cluster, turn-by-turn navigation, and three ride modes. The Bluetooth module also brings access to call alerts, low-fuel warning and assist function, a lean angle mode, and a crash alert.
The ride modes that the bike offers alter the power and torque output figures. The Sports mode gives access to full power and torque, while the Urban and Rain modes limit the numbers to 17.08bhp and 16.51Nm. The top speed in the Sports mode and Urban/Rain modes are rated at 127kmph and 105kmph, respectively. Meanwhile, the colour choices across the variants include Matte Blue, Pearl White, and Gloss Black paint themes.
The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V rivals the likes of the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, Suzuki Gixxer 250, and Yamaha FZ25 in the Indian market.
