- Three riders performed stunts for one and a half hour
- Created record with a stunt show at the highest altitude ever
- Was a part of TVS’ Apache Pro Performance X campaign
TVS Motor Company has secured a record title with a stunt show performed at the highest altitude ever, with its Apache model. As a part of TVS’ Apache Pro Performance X campaign, three stunt riders showcased their skills at an altitude of 14,800 feet in Kaza, Spiti Valley, which lasted for one and a half hours non-stop. The riders performed various stunts astride the custom-prepped Apache RTR 200 4Vs that earned the motorcycle a place in the Asia Book of Records.
The stunt show was a part of the Apache Owners Group (AOG) ride comprising of 25 Apache riders from across the country which was kickstarted on 15 June from Chandigarh and, will end in Spiti Valley on 26 June. The stunt trio captivated its spectators attention by performing several jaw-dropping moves such as 360-degree front wheelie, Jesus Christ pose, pillion thrill-ride, synchronised flower burnout, suicide burnout and the mega bike burnout.
Notably, this is the third time TVS has set such a record for a stunt show with its Apache series motorcycles. The first record-breaking event was held in 2017 when the company hosted a five-hour continuous stunt show in Chennai. This was followed by a six-hour show recently held in Pune where five teams of riders from different cities enthralled their audience. These stunt shows were an initiative by TVS Racing, as a part of Apache Pro Performance, organised with an intention to showcase the capabilities of the Apache RTR 200 4V model.
