TVS updated its electric scooter portfolio recently with the launch of multiple iQube variants. Now, the range has five options for the buyers to choose from. But what does each model have to offer? Here is a breakdown.
iQube
This is the most affordable model in the TVS iQube lineup. There are two options for the iQube and these differ in terms of their battery size, range, top speed, and pricing. The smaller battery pack is a 2.2kWh unit and it offers 75km with 75kmph top speed. Meanwhile, the second choice is a 3.4kWh battery that gets 80kmph of top speed and 100km of maximum range.
The charging time for the 2.2kWh unit is two hours while the other one takes four hours and 30 minutes. Both models feature LED illumination, a five-inch TFT with smartphone connectivity, OTA updates, turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alerts, park assist, distance to empty, two ride modes – Economy and Power, crash and fall alert, geo-fencing, anti-theft alert, live indicator status, and USB charging port.
The asking price for the iQube starts at Rs. 94,999 for the base trim and is set at Rs. 1,36,628 (both ex-showroom, Bengaluru) as an introductory offer. The iQube can be purchased in two colour options – Pearl White and Walnut Brown.
iQube S
The iQube S is the mid-level variant and gets a 3.4kWh battery that offers a claimed range of 100km and a top speed of 78kmph. The charging time for the iQube S is four hours and 30 minutes. It packs all the electronics that the base model gets but also offers a seven-inch TFT screen, an HMI joystick to toggle through the options, a flip key, and all the features that the standard iQube gets.
You can purchase the iQube S in three colours – Mint Blue, Mercury Grey Glossy, and Copper Bronze Glossy. Its asking price is set at Rs. 1,46,420 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
iQube ST
The iQube ST is the most powerful and feature-loaded model of the entire range. It also gets two battery options – 3.4kWh and 5.1kWh – that offer a 100km range with a 78kmph top speed and a 150km range with an 82kmph top speed, respectively.
The ST packs features including a touchscreen seven-inch TFT, turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS notifications, document storage, music control, social media notifications, four cluster themes, and OTA updates, along with the features that the S trim gets.
You can purchase the iQube ST in four colours – Starlight Blue Glossy, Titanium Grey Matte, Coral Sand Glossy, and Copper Bronze Matte. The asking price for the ST range starts at Rs. 1,55,555 for the 3.4kWh model and goes to Rs. 1,85,373 (both, ex-showroom, Bengaluru) for the larger battery pack.
