The TVS Motor Company has finally launched the iQube electric scooter in its top-spec, ST variant in India. The iQube ST is available in two battery pack size variants- 3.4kWh and 5.1kWh. They are priced at Rs 1.55 lakh and Rs 1.83 lakh, respectively. These prices are ex-showroom Bangalore.
The TVS iQube ST with the 5.1kWh is the new range-topping variant. The company says that this is the largest battery pack in the segment and this enables the EV to cover 150km in a single charge. Speaking of, it takes 4 hours and 18 minutes to charge the battery from 0-80 percent. The big battery capacity and range is surely going to be one of its biggest highlights.
The 3.4kWh battery-equipped version of the iQube ST has a shorter real-world range of 100km. With a smaller battery, the time taken to charge from 0-80 percent is shorter at 2 hours and 50 minutes.
In terms of features, it is quite loaded. The iQube ST has a 7-inch, colour TFT touchscreen display, TPMS, connected features and 32 litres of boot space. The 5.1kWh variant has a top speed of 82kmph while the 3.4kWh version is limited to 78kmph.
Both variants are available in four colour options- Copper Bronze Matte, Coral Sand Satin, Titanium Gray Matte and Starlight Blue.
