TVS Motor Company has increased the prices of the Jupiter in India by a slight margin. The Honda Activa rival is available in six variants, all of which differ by the features on offer. Check out the version-wise pricing below
TVS Jupiter SMW- Rs 72,190 (hike of Rs 800)
TVS Jupiter Base- Rs 76,308 (hike of Rs 800)
TVS Jupiter ZX- Rs 81,083 (hike of Rs 700)
TVS Jupiter ZX Disc- Rs 85,063 (hike of Rs 800)
TVS Jupiter ZX Smart Xonnect- Rs 87,938 (hike of Rs 800)
TVS Jupiter Classic- Rs 88,498 (hike of Rs 500)
Now, despite the price hike, the TVS Jupiter range remains the same as before. It uses a 110cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that churns out 7.4bhp and 8Nm. All variants come with CBS as standard however only a few get disc brake as standard for the front wheel.
Other than this, the Jupiter range sports a LED headlamp and tail lamp. It also gets a six-litre fuel tank and a considerably large 21-litre underseat storage. When it comes to competition, the TVS Jupiter competes against the Honda Activa in the country.
