TVS Motor Company has added another scooter to its range with the launch of the Scooty Zest. It has been priced at Rs 42,300 (ex-showroom Delhi). This makes it the third scooter under the Scooty brand after the Scooty Pep Plus and the Scooty Streak.
Powering this scooter is an 110cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 7.9bhp at 7,500rpm and maximum torque of 8.7Nm at 5,500rpm. The overall design cues of the scooter is more appealing, as major effort has been put in to make it look very attractive and vibrant.
The Scooty Zest 110 features tubeless tyres, a back-lit speedometer and a broader dual-textured seat to give good riding comfort. The scooter also gets 19-litres of under-seat storage, which is best in its class. It offers more storage space in the form of an open glove box, retractable bag hooks and under-seat hooks.
The Scooty Zest 110 is available in five colours - dynamic white, terrific turquoise, powerful pink, daring black and fiery red. The scooter will compete with the Activa-i.
